Responsibilities
: Provide general administrative support for La Grande Particleboard facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: operate multi-line phone system, greet clients, vendors, and visitors, records retention, data collection and entry, report development and document processing requiring analysis and independent judgment (i.e. production reports), receiving of supplies and parts, handling freight, aid supervisory staff with safety initiatives and activities. Work cohesively with other administrative personnel. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Must demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement, identifying and responding actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers and be open and responsive to change.
Basic Qualifications
: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred or equivalent experience in office administration. Must have valid driver's license. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. General office experience required including the ability to operate multi-line phone system and knowledge of office equipment. Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Office; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to work in an office and plant environment. Candidate must be a self-starter, have ability to multi-task, and work independently.
