They are looking to hire a Controls Systems Engineering Manager to join their team in Mishawaka, IN. They are providing relocation assistance.


Typical functions will include but not be limited to:
Working with customer representatives to gain a solid understanding of their need.
Engineering hydraulic power systems with and without electronic controls
Working with supplier base to develop equipment solutions
Creating customer submittal packages for hydraulic power systems
Supporting field personnel
Manage a team of 3-4 engineers

Under broad direction, the Control Systems Engineer will work with the Engineering team to appropriately apply state of the art control logic to the company?s industry leading product offering in new and existing markets channels using the principles the company has acquired over its 50 year history.

The Control Systems Engineering Manager will determine specifications through engineering calculation, layouts and examination of the existing internal knowledge base.

This will be a leadership position with room for challenging existing practices and finding even better ways to serve our customers through product and process innovation.

Looking for a positive, high energy, self directed individual to join their growing team. A degreed Engineer with two to five years of hydraulic systems engineering experience is preferred. Familiarity with ladder logic and PLC programming would be an advantage.

Desktop applications used will include but not be limited to the following:
General; Microsoft Office, Outlook
3D and 2D CAD; SolidWorks, AutoCad,
PDM; dbWorksEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
