Our client, a local food manufacturer is currently seeking a direct-hire candidate for a sales associate opening in the Wilmington, DE area. Recent graduates with an internship or experience in sales are preferred. The hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm including a 1 hour lunch break. Please only apply if you have prior experience in sales and a bachelors degree. This position does require traveling to trade shows and cold calling previous customers. Conducts research to develop new business leads
Cold calling new and existing customers
Promoting products at trade shows locally and nationally
Frequent use of computer and telephone (must know word and excel).
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Casual work environment
Position pay''s $40,000/ year with potential for an increase based off of experience.
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be willing to submit to a drug and background check.
Must provide two professional references.
