Volt is currently seeking a Manufacturing Execution System Analyst to work onsite with our client in a contingent position expected to last approximately three years. Within this role, you will support production through the completion of a variety of technical tasks using independent judgment and problem solving in applying policies and procedures. You will be responsible for recognizing component and/or equipment problems that arise and perform independent troubleshooting and testing. Additional duties include:
Under limited supervision, provide a wide range of technical support to the production floor, engineers, and/or department.
Maintain necessary records and documentation.
Develop simple work instruction and modify or update existing procedures.
Research, gather and summarize data for use in determining errors and root cause.
Provide recommendations for problem resolution or process improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in an engineering discipline.
An engineering background with shop floor manufacturing experience.

years of information systems experience.
Experience working with engineering tools.
Troubleshooting experience.
