Current open positions include:
Accounts Payable Clerk
Accounts Payable Specialist
Accounts Receivable Clerk
Accounts Receivable Specialist
Staff Accountant
Billing Clerk
Bookkeeper
Credit / Collections Specialist
Credit / Collections Manager
Payroll Manager
Working hours: 8am - 5pm
Working hours: M-F 8-5
Candidates are required to have
Knowledge of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable and/or payroll, billing and/or maintaining the general ledger
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
Excellent interpersonal, team building, analytical and problem solving skills
Proven decision making skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Effective organizational skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word-processing programs and E-mail
Stress management skills and time management skill
Experience with accounting software like ADP, Peachtree, QuickBooks etc.
