Job Summary
:
The employee's Number One Job responsibility is to deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time, and understand how he or she contributes to the health system's vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families.
Under direct supervision, provides support to end users for specific customer needs such as password resets, general support inquiries and other areas as needed. May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems. Refers more complex problems to intermediate and or senior level Coordinators. This position is staffed by beginners who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience.
Qualifications
:
Education
: High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree in related field preferred.
Experience
: Requires a minimum of one year experience in IT client support/service or equivalent related work experience.
Additional skills required
: Good understanding of healthcare applications/software. Fundamental knowledge of hardware and software uses in IT preferred. Effective communication skills are required. The ability to organize tasks and resources, and coordinate activities with other customers/clients is essential. Effective customer services skills required. Communicate with all levels of end users so at a level that can be easily understood.
Work Schedule
Full time
8-hour nights
40 hours per weekEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
