Job Summary
:

The Environment and Release Manager is responsible for compliance with the established and auditable Change Management and Release Management processes. The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage all releases and production changes throughout the environment. The position ensure that established policies, methods and procedures are followed for all releases and production changes in order to minimize any service disruption and to improve the day-to-day operations of the organization. The position is responsible for running the Change Management and Release Management meetings, tracking change and release management tickets in the corporate ticket tracking system, and for ensuring that change information is effectively communicated to all affected parties. This position also maintains documentation related to environments, connections, and system settings.
Qualifications
:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Certification in the following Epic applications: Data Courier Administrator and Chronicles preferred, Bridges desired.
Experience:
Three plus years of release management experience in a 24x7 customer-facing environment and Three plus years of Change Management experience with a solid understanding of change management processes and workflows required. Experience with organizational go lives and system upgrades preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Additional skills required:
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Superior negotiating and consensus building skills. Excellent facilitation, listening, oral and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas in a concise organized way and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. High degree of initiative and personal responsibility. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. High level of competency with business applications including, Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable; evening and some weekend hours may be required.
Additional skills preferred:
Two years' experience with organizational go lives and system upgrades preferred.
Work Schedule
Full time, exemptEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
