Estimator needed for a fast paced construction company based in Fairfax, VA.
Requirements for the position include:
Must be able to estimate residential jobs consisting of drainage, waterproofing on older homes from the inside and outside of the basement. Must be able to price jobs, create a proposal and schedule proposals with homeowners. Must be creative in coming up with solutions without drawings.
A big plus if you have experience in concrete. concrete pavers, patios, stoops and landings, pool decks and all masonry. Must be able to create hand sketches for small jobs as well as having computer knowledge to take pictures and email them as well.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
