HVAC Technician

HVAC Technical Support personnel contract, possible temp to hire openings with a client located in the Kennesaw, GA area. Working a day/evening rotating shift schedule (4 on, 2 off) these positions will provide HVAC and Mechanical system technical support assisting customers and field service personnel via phone and remote system access.
Responsibilities for the HVAC Technician
Logging into the Energy Management System via computer and assisting customers via telephone on a point to point checkout of the onsite HVAC & Mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot issues remotely such as suction and liquid line temperatures/pressures during the refrigeration curve and understanding trends to assist in verifying equipment operation.
Filling out a verification report which will include screen shots documenting correct operation
Handle multiple calls & shifting prioritys while maintaining excellent organization and communication skills
Requirements for the HVAC Technician
Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college, technical school, or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service skills over the phone with the ability to calmly handle multiple calls and shifting priorities
Demonstrated HVAC Energy Management system knowledge working with rooftop & split systems (or similar) and the ability to troubleshoot any issues remotely such as suction and liquid line temperatures/pressures during the refrigeration curve and understanding trends to assist in verifying equipment operation
Good computer skills with the ability to remotely log in, fill out verification reports to include screen shots documenting correct operation
Willingness to work a day/evening four days on, two days off rotating shift schedule to include weekends
