Outside the restaurant, general maintenance includes cleaning and upkeep of the building, Drive-thru areas, PlayPlace, parking lot, landscaping, signage, sidewalks, and gutters. General maintenance is a big job and an important one. A dedicated maintenance person can keep the restaurant environment in good order.
