We are looking for a (senior-level) Manager of Digital Customer Research who will play a lead role on all user experience and customer-related research initiatives across all of their digital assets. We are looking for a digital guru who has exemplary strategic and hands-on research skills.


The Manager will work across the entire enterprise of their online business. They are in the midst of a major digital overhaul and are assembling a best-in-class team; it's the top priority for the executive team. Highlights on the role
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer and key stakeholder research plan to support the entire cross-enterprise digital team.
Prioritize and design digital user experiences and marketing strategies for the company.
Play a lead role in a rapidly-changing environment, gathering qualitative and quantitative customer and market data for multiple divisions of the business.
Collaborate across all functions to create comprehensive research strategies and then use findings to develop a full picture of the issues and opportunities.
Get deeply involved in usability testing and research.
Serve as the voice of the customer on all digital and design initiatives.
Partner with colleagues across the business to solve the most pressing business issues using primary and secondary research.
Utilize customer research findings to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
Use ethnographic research methods and/or product and design research, amongst others, to tackle business problems.



Profile
8
years of experience conducting user experience research and/or market research for web and mobile products. Depth in digital is required.
Possess a blend of strategy, project management and implementation.
Solid grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Proven ability to build relationships across a myriad of functions and with colleagues at all levels of the organization, especially senior executives.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred (in human factors or human computer interaction, cognitive or experimental and social psychology or related field).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
