See below for brief requirements
-Property Manager - at least three years in a Property Manager role. Lease-Up Experience, Team building and Budget Management experience preferred.
-Assistant Manager - must have prior Management experience in property management. Yardi and OneSite knowledge preferred.
-Leasing Professionals - should have excellent customer service and sales experience. Knowledge of leasing is a strong plus!
-Maintenance Supervisor - positions require previous technical and management experience in a maintenance capacity. HVAC certification required. CPO certification strongly preferred.
-Maintenance Technician - positions require previous property management maintenance experience, HVAC certification required.
-Housekeeper/Groundskeeper - should have great attention to detail and strong work ethic. Must be able to work independently.
-Greystar requires successful completion of a detailed background check and drug screening to be qualified for employment in all positionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
