We are looking for the right candidate to join our Property Operations Team as a Concierge.
The Concierge will be responsible for implementing programs to address resident satisfaction with services provided by AVB. The concierge will ensure that entrance is only by authorized individuals. He/she responds to resident requests and inquires and works to address resident concerns in accordance with the company''s customer service standards. The concierge will have a gracious approach to all activities, greet visitors and residents, handle calls and assist with resident issues.
This is a full-time position with a scheduled shift of 11 AM to 7 PM either Wednesday-Sunday or Thursday-Monday.
Qualified candidates will have a positive, upbeat demeanor with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills. High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is desired

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
