Clearance : All personnel proposed shall possess a TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph level clearance.
Education : In all cases, a degree may be substituted for an amount of work experience as shown below. Equivalencies are at the sole discretion of the Government.
An Associate's Degree may be substituted for 1 years of work experience
A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 2 years of work experience
A Master's degree may be substituted for 3 years of work experience
Requirements :
Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively more responsible software engineering experience.
Within the last five (5) years:
Minimum of three (3) years experience with windows workstation operating systems
Minimum of two (2) of the following programming languages: PERL, Power Builder, C, C++, Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, Lotus Script, Notes Formula, Notrix, .Net, Struts, Spring Framework, or Power House
Minimum of one (1) year of experience configuring and programming Remedy (HD, AM, CM) and Renoir.
Bachelor's degree in computer science/ engineering from an accredited four-year college or university is desired.
MCM, MCSE, MCA, or MC AR Remedy Certification-Admin version 7.6 (or ability to obtain within 6 months after hired)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
