## Job Description
This position is one night per week; 2 to 3 holidays per year
Provides patient and family-centered care through The Compass: St. Cloud Hospitals Nursing Professional Practice Model to achieve the hospital mission of improving the health and quality of life that reflects the healing mission of Jesus. Age appropriate care is provided to patients and families.
EDUCATION
Graduate from a nursing program required. Baccalaureate or Masters in Nursing preferred. A minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing must be obtained within five years for those hired into an RN position on or after May 1, 2014.
EXPERIENCE
Clinic, Endoscopy, Outpatient/IV Therapy nursing experience preferred. Knowledge of nursing principles, policies, procedure and hospital ethics required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required prior to completion of unit orientation.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months.
Critical Assessment Class completed within 6 months of hire.
Salary: Minimum ADN $29.29 BSN $30.37 MSN $31.36
Employment Type: Part-time
Schedule: 32-48 hrs/pp, 7:30am-5:30pm, every 5th weekend on-call Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
