Patrol property on daily, pre-set route.
Pick up trash in parking lots, dumpster areas, sidewalks, courtyards, laundry rooms, and other common areas.
Deliver resident notices.
Report any issues such as graffiti, exterior building damage, or other problems seen during rounds.
At direction of management, perform other tasks such as power washing, cleaning out garages, cleaning trash from vacant apartments, etc.
Assist with snow removal operations and other seasonal projects.
Assist other employees on site as directed by management.
Follow all company policies regarding reporting, use and operation of company tools, vehicles and equipment.
Must be able to speak and understand English.
Must have valid N.J. Driver license
Successful candidates must pass paid test period working on site.
Must pass drug test and background check

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
