Assistant Machine Operator - Nights (South Ice Cream Plant)
Wells Enterprises has an opening for an Assistant Machine Operator at our South Ice Cream Plant. The primary duties will include assisting the operator on the line and learning how to operate the line. You will also assist with conducting metric meetings with the team, training the team and coaching employees to success, leading by example and being a positive role model. The hours will be STRAIGHT NIGHTS. Sunday through Friday with Saturday work possible due to production demands.
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Establish and maintain effective partnerships.
Communicate assertively.
Work as a team with a professional and courteous attitude and respect for others.
Qualification include:
High school diploma or GED.
Interviews will be scheduled on the same shift as the open position.
