### Job Description
Utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, providing and evaluating each patient''s needs upon admission. Completes nursing assessment within 8 hours of admission. Utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, providing and evaluating each patient''s needs upon admission. Completes nursing assessment within 8 hours of admission. Initiates the treatment plan based on findings from the assessment. Goals and interventions are appropriate to the patients behavior and condition. Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings and revises goals and interventions as needed.
### Skills / Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must have a current unencumbered LA. License. Psychiatric and/or chemical dependency experience preferred.
