The Product Portfolio Manager has Line of Business ownership for a Portfolio of Products. This includes driving the entire product management lifecycle (Product Marketing, business strategy, and roadmaps) in accordance with our business direction. The applicant must be able to capture and assess market requirements and translate them into product features while helping define pricing and supporting sales opportunities.
The applicant must be able to represent EngagePoint as the voice of the portfolio and represent the vision and value to senior executives in our market segment as well as internally within EngagePoint.
Responsibilities
Responsible for marketability and relevance for the entire portfolio product
Accountable for ensuring that right product is built for the right opportunity
Partners with Sales and Marketing and Development to drive competitive advantage of the portfolio
Defines pricing and cost models to meet revenue and income objectives. Manages product budgets to help optimally allocate assets and expenditures.
Governance over product management process from start to finish
Set overall objectives for approved projects, including release schedules and costs
Performs cost analysis in support of new products or program modifications
Organizes and leads one-on-one customer discussions and focus groups to identify areas for product improvement and enhancement
Mentors staff; provides professional development opportunities
Other duties as assigned consistent with the role of Portfolio product manager

years of increasing responsibility in Product Management
Experience in successfully launching data/analytics-related products into a given market
Experience in assessing market and business opportunities, defining business and feature requirements, coordinating feature development, and measuring results
Ability to manage multiple concurrent product and client initiatives and use good judgment to help team prioritize efforts
Three (3) or more years of proven experience with managing multiple teams combined of local, remote and off-shore technical resources
Demonstrated experience with communicating with senior executives
The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external client stakeholders
Experience in leading formal organizational change efforts
Strong quantitative analytical skills
Strong resource modeling and budgeting skills
Successful at managing resources in a matrix environment
Proven ability to make decisions on the development process and resolve related challenges
Ability to travel as needed to various team locations - Maryland, Florida, Kiev, others
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Business analytics experience for the State, Federal, and/or commercial Payer Market.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
