Responsibilities:
Create view graphs for presentations, video productions, briefing drafts, and brochures and develop both hardcopy and softcopy presentations for Program Management Reviews, decision briefings, RSJPO meetings, All-Hands meetings and training classes, with data provided by the FTR, and provide the completed materials to the FTR.
Provide COLTS data for the development of Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates and Economic Analyses IAW Army costing guidelines and procedures to the FTR.
Provide recommendations for cost benefit analysis and earned value management for systems and sub-systems cited in , as identified by the cross functional IPT, to the FTR.
Identify, prepare, update, and review draft programmatic documentation, IAW DoD 5000.2, to assist in the development of Milestone documentation (Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP)) and provide to the FTR.
Develop and maintain a milestone and document tracking/status report on the PEO GCS Knowledge Center (PEO Portal) website to monitor milestone events, documents, dates, action items, key personnel, and program status IAW the IMS for systems and subsystems cited in .
Provide recommendations for courses of action pertaining to materiel needs of robotic systems and subsystems cited in and their payloads, as identified by the cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT), to the FTR.
Provide recommendations regarding acquisitions and modified or upgraded systems and subsystems cited in for the purposes of long range planning, safety, cost effectiveness, environmental impacts, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), as identified by the cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT), to the FTR.
Perform daily communication with: TRADOC integrating centers, Fort Benning, GA, Fort Leonard Wood, MO, Fort Bragg, NC, Fort Hood, TX, Fort Lee, VA, Quantico, VA (Headquarters USMC), Fort Monroe, VA (Headquarters TRADOC), and the National Capital Region, Wash. DC (Headquarters Department of the Army, JIEDDO, and REF) and provide recommendations based upon the communication regarding equipment performance characteristics.
Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor''s degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Must be able to effectively communicate with others. Must be familiar with the use and integration of Microsoft Office application suite. Must be willing to travel. Must possess analytical and problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.
Work Environment:
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including warm and cold climates. Needs to be able to work well with co-workers, customer, and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Work site is located in Warren, MI or other location.
Equipment and Machines:
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required.
Attendance:
Regular hours will be between Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.

Essential Functions:
Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
