Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Participate in the development and maintenance of technical systems underlying the compliance and supervision programs by testing software installations and upgrades, and troubleshooting problems
Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously
Assist in performing quality analysis regarding technical systems and prepare and analyze ''Best Execution'' reports
Communicate notices to rep-advisors and associates regarding firm and industry polices and rules in relation to technical systems
Provide administrative support and training for departmental technical systems
Create reports for internal departments utilizing Structured Query Language
Education/
Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
No licenses or certificates are required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
