The Marketing Coordinator promotes the business, company name, and services. The role includes advertising, design, writing promotional literature, knowledge of industry, competitors, trends, research and analysis. The role also plans marketing strategies and campaigns, coordinates tradeshows and events, and manages website and social media.
_Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:_
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include, but not limited to:
Manage Daily Internal Posts for AMK9 Academy Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn Sites
Coordinate all assigned initiatives set forth by Director of Marketing on behalf of the AMK9 Academy
Communicate all tasks assigned to the Director of Marketing to ensure appropriate for position
Work in conjunction with Director of Marketing on development, coordination and editing of content, photography, etc. for AMK9 Academy website
Become an expert on all AMK9 Academy Products, Training & Certification Services
Become an expert and Focus on Vapor Wake Capabilities (The Academy is the Home of Vapor Wake)
Understand Auburn University relationship and guidelines in regards to Vapor Wake and Auburn Breeding Program. (The Academy is the exclusive Recipient of Auburn bred dogs for Detection & Vapor Wake)
Prepare and Assist in planning for all Conferences and Event Coordination the AMK9 Academy participates in to include attendees travel arrangements, shipping of collateral, promotional and display, provide leads from show to Director of Marketing, etc.
Assist in AMK9 Academy Internal Event Coordination (i.e. Working Dog Seminars)
Weekly Initiatives Status Report to Director of Marketing
Build content for Quarterly E-newsletter for AMK9 Academy
Build and update inquiry email database
_Qualifications and
Experience:_
Willing to work flex schedule 15-20 hours per week (regular part-time )
1-2 years of experience in Marketing.

Willing to travel 25%

Job Code: 107Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
