Description:
As a member of one of the fastest growing business organization in Investment Bank GTS technology group, you will be part of a technology organization involved in complex global projects dealing with state-of-the-art Web technology.
Core Technology Experience required in:
- Visual C+
with ATL, and ActiveX controls
- Unit Testing frameworks for Visual C++
- UML/OO Design
Experience:
- At least 7
years of experience developing and implementing critical applications using Visual C+
with ATL, and ActiveX controls.
- Experienced in using test driven development frameworks and methodologies
- Experienced in developing testable code, unit testing methodologies and demonstrates a thorough understanding of unit testing frameworks for C++.
General requirements:
- Consults with users, clients and other technology groups on issues and recommends advanced programming solutions; installs and supports customer exposure systems.
- Accountable for all phases of development process analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation; provides user and operational support on applications to business users.
- Solves / works complex problems / projects through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards; performs root cause analyses.
- Recommends and develops security measures.
- Ensures essential standards are followed and helps to define development standards and processes
- Provides sound understanding of application development concepts and principles and a basic knowledge of concepts and principles in other technology areas.
- Engages in post-implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.
- Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate within apps development to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
- Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.
- Exhibits sound understanding of concepts and principles in architecture and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
- Requires in-depth understanding of how the area integrates within architecture and has basic commercial awareness.
