A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in a combination of business systems analysis and development.
Experience working with Enterprise Application Integration in a Unix/Java environment
The ability to work with limited supervision; the ability to make decisions regarding assigned projects independently or with limited direction from management.
Team Player - Enthusiastic, personable, works well with others (including an offshore team)
Logical Thinker - Ability to perform analysis and research
Self starter / motivated. Takes initiative and is willing to learn
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - This is a MUST
Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Visio)
Banking Experience is a MUST. More specifically Commercial Banking and Credit Risk.
