The Registered Nurse performs duties according to ASPAN standards and recommended practices. Provides safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. Relates effectively with other staff for continuity of care.
Must have South Carolina Registered Nurse license and current BLS. ACLS and PALS certifications are required within six months of working in the post anesthesia care unit. One year of PACU and critical care experience are preferred. Certification as a PACU nurse is also preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
