Insurance Customer Service Representative:
Insurance company seeks experienced customer care representative with prior experience in insurance or insurance agency environment. Will receive and process insurance coverage applications, verify customer information; answer inquiries; generate quotes and certificates of insurance; prepare and handle renewals, compose correspondence, communicate with customers and sales reps / agents; maintain customer database.
This is a Temp to Hire position, NOT TEMP.
Minimum 1 year previous insurance experience, preferably in a Customer Service environment including direct contact with customers. Microsoft Word and Excel experience a plus.
Need excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to assist customers, and work under deadlines.
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
