The Director of Rehab is responsible for leading and assuring patient quality, outcomes, and efficient processes. Infinity Rehab is looking for a leader that has clinical vision and passion for post-acute rehab patients. The Director of Rehab ensures the efficient and effective operations of the rehab dept. This includes direct therapy services to patients and management responsibilities such as monitoring admissions, treatment schedules tracking MDS assessment periods and data and providing clinical supervision and case management.
