We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer for testing communication & cyber intelligence systems at customer site and prime contractor labs. The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing the system and running factory & acceptance tests in a lab environment as well as performing tests with the customer/end users.
The position requires great interaction with the system's end users at customer sites as well as our at the prime contractor labs, and will require strong familiarity with the provided solution (hands-on capabilities) as well as good understanding in the cyber intelligence solutions.
This position will require 1-2 year international relocation and will also include travel within the region as well as to the US for training & QA tests at Prime's lab ( 25% travel)

Responsibilities:
The QA Engineer will work with collaborate with team QA engineers, developers and integrators to partner on specific site information, debug problems and report new defects founds during the testing process.
Provide training and orientation of other team members and/or end users
The QA Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and servicing complex customer service inquiries for Verint''s proprietary hardware/software product, analyzing and evaluating technical issues and suggested methods and techniques to resolve them.
Maintain customer relationships, always keeping in mind that the customer is our first priority.
Travel to customer sites to perform testing and troubleshooting
Minimum Requirements:
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent education and work experience.
3 years' testing experience using software development life cycle with major focus on functional testing, usability testing and integration testing.
Understanding of quality assurance standards and procedures.
Ability to relocate for 1-2 years and travel abroad (25%)
Experience with databases, data warehousing, client/server applications, java applications, RT Embedded and end-user documentation.
Fast learner and able to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
Experience with applications using SQL, must be able to query databases.
Working experience with operating system: Windows, Linux and UNIX.
Knowledge and understanding of packet data and ISP networks (MPLS, GSM, LTE)
Knowledge of IP protocols and ability to work with sniffers.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills, and have ability to perform root cause analysis. The engineer will need to have proactive and professional attitude, service orientation and strong customer's management skills.
Customer oriented approach with customer facing experience.

Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification.
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of cyber security systems, testing or operational working with IPS, DLP, Web Proxy Firewall or similar systems.
Experience using defect tracking tools and quality/test management tools such as HP Quality Center
Experience writing and/or executing Automation test scripts using WinRunner, QTP or similar tools
Ability to estimate tests, produces regular status reports, and prioritizes tasks.
Ability to work under intense pressure, in the company and at customer site.
Ability to work non-regular hours.
Ability to interact successfully with multiple teams across the global organization, including services and support for all regions
Experience testing on virtual environments using VMware
Understanding of thin clients, virtual servers, and virtual desktops
