An immediate need exists in the Wake Forest office for a Regional Vice President.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Performance Management
Manages, directs and coordinates job site and office activity with responsibility for delivering the project to the client
Manages staff, resources, budgets, and project schedules
Provides adequate expertise on a job specific basis to ensure effective supervision, monitoring and quality control
Prepares cost proposals for all development projects and forecasts accurate project completion dates
Coordinates with other managers to resolve issues arising from disputes or sub-standard performance
Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to work.
Client/Subcontractor Management/Growth
Maintains profitability of the practice group through fiscal control of projects and periodic reviews with appropriate staff
Monitors performance of suppliers and subcontractors
Coordinates and interacts with subcontractors and clients
Establishes and maintains good relations with clients, partners and local authorities
Assists department team members in resolving client disputes
Reviews and understands all contractual instruments
Ensures that clients policies and procedures (e.g., local labor laws and safety procedures) are consistently implemented across the project
Responsible for the growth of client connections and expansion of company business
Personnel/Office Management
Establishes criteria, provides guidance, and directs the activities of regional office operations
Ensures appropriate staff levels are maintained
Drives and guides project teams according to defined timelines
Promotes a safe and productive work environment.
Oversees all aspects of departmental regional personnel
Coordinates with the Human Resources department with regards to employee performance, and the Safety/Risk department for safety concerns and work related accident claims
Promotes innovative thinking to produce solutions to various workplace challenges
Administrative Management
Oversees the inventory, maintenance, and repair of company-owned tools, equipment, software, and work-related resources
Assists executive management in identifying potential work opportunities
Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed.
Provides executive management with timely performance reporting and departmental updates
Seeks appropriate approval and/or guidance for decisions impacting departmental budget
Qualifications
? A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
? A Professional Engineering Certification is highly desirable
? At least 15 years of experience in a similar regional managerial position
? Outstanding oral and written communication skills
? Broad based knowledge in the majority of disciplines serviced by the companyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
