SUMMARY
Primary responsibility is to introduce prospective clients to the Bank auction services and pursue strategies for new accounts. Negotiate business terms and conditions with clients, as necessary.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties will be assigned, as necessary.


Manages and grows a very complex portfolio of commercial real estate loans.

Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Manage loan and portfolio credit quality, sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships.

Interview commercial real estate loan applicants, collect and analyze financial and related data to determine the general credit worthiness of the prospect and the merits of the specific loan request.

Analyze and screen loan requests on commercial real estate loans.

Monitor loan repayment activities and take necessary action to collect from past-due accounts.

Provide financial advice to customers, selling appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals.

Participate in community affairs to increase the bank's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.

Undertake special projects relating to departmental services.

Handle some bank-related customer matters or inquiries not necessarily involving the lending function.

Performs other related duties as assigned.


Working Conditions:

Duties are performed primarily in an office environment but also may require traveling to branches, meetings, seminars and other locations when necessary.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or at least 5-10 years of experience working in the retail market.


REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions. Ability to understand, analyze and articulate complex laws and regulations. Establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
