Performs complicated and difficult engineering work requiring a high degree of technical competence. Work involves conventional engineering practice, but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and/or difficult coordination requirements. Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope. Role extends expectations beyond individual contribution to include involvement as a lower-tier technical leader and/or technical expert. Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and a solid knowledge of related specialties.
## Qualifications
Education/
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Science with 5 - 7 years related experience or
Masters Degree in Engineering/Science with 3 - 5 years related experience or
Ph.D. in Engineering/Science with 0 - 3 years related experience
or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years experience on C-17 Maintenance Training Sytems perferred.
