Job Description
Performs a number of custodial functions.
Must be reliable.
Essential Duties
Regular site housekeeping and unsafe hazard inspections.
Takes corrective action to address any conditions that are not acceptable.
Changes light bulbs as appropriate.
Responds immediately to any spills.
Empties trash receptacles.
Performs light mechanical maintenance.
Reports safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a Supervisor.
Cleans hanging signs and dusts overhead pipes.
Maintains and reports inventory of supplies to Supervisor.
Completes the Employee Daily Checklist and addresses unsatisfactory remarks.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma or GED.
Good communication skills to sufficiently maintain a safe workplace and to provide excellent
service.
Driver's License a must.
Understand material safety data sheets and complete reports.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Some cash handling experience a plus.
