Summary: (Duties include, but are not limited to the following)
oWashes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine.
oWashes work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
oSweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
oRemove trash and garbage to designated areas.
oTransfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
oCleans equipment using specific chemicals to insure sanitary standards.
oClean, sort and redistribute silverware for service
oTypical hours available: After school hours during the week 4-9:30p, Weekend 8a-4p/12-8 (May vary and can be flexible)
Typical Knowledge and Skills:
Apply basic skills using tools and equipment appropriate for the position, as well as, having the ability to effectively communicate and receive information in a manner easily understood by fellow employees.
Supervision:
Supervision Received: Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
Working Conditions:
oWork is performed in an area that is adequately lighted and ventilated
oPhysical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 30 pounds or moreEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
