Randstad is actively recruiting for a Part-time 20 hours a week Document Scanning position
The job duties are:
Collating, fold, stuff, label various advertising materials
Using various finishing machines (Folding machines, Electronic Hole Punch, Electronic Paper Cutter, Laminating Machine, Binding machine)
Use of PC and Mac computers - Microsoft office
Use of various copiers/printers/fax machines
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. paper
The hours would be to be determined, we are looking at these options - the person would be able to pick from these options, but stay on that schedule unless they need to work around appointments - they just
Working hours: part time hours varied
need to be here 20 hours per week:
M-F (5 days a week 4 hours each day) noon to 4 pm, 1 pm - 5 pm, 2 pm - 6 pm or 3 pm - 7 pm
M-F (4 days a week 5 hours - they pick which days) noon to 5 pm, 1 pm - 6 pm, 2 pm - 7 pm or 3 pm - 8 pm
M-W-F (1 days a week 6 hours/2 days 7 hours -) noon to 6/7 pm, 1 pm - 7/8 pm, 2 pm - 8/9 pm or 3 pm - 9/10 pm
The latest start time would be 3 pm (no later) and the earliest start time would be noon (no earlier).
