American Express Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) is a global customer-facing service organization which provides diverse and high value travel and lifestyle services for our Card Members. TLS currently has 5K employees across 23 markets along with a large US network of Amex-branded franchise travel agencies who comprise our Rep Network. In addition to having 29 call centers around the world, we have 11 markets with online booking - and growing.
Travel and Lifestyle are critical drivers of Card Member loyalty and the TLS team works closely with the Card teams - Consumer Products and Services (CPS) in the US and Global Network and International Card Services (GNICS) in International - to align on strategic priorities and value propositions to the Card Members.
The Project Coordinator will support the Director of Global Servicing for TLS. This position will play a critical role in supporting global servicing initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience. The Project Coordinator will manage projects across a wide range of stake holders, ensuring timely communications are issued and deadlines are met.
A successful candidate will be driven and self-motivated with a strong background in creating and delivering communications, coordinating key deliverables across a number of project teams and providing on-going measurement support and analysis of launched initiatives.
## Qualifications
One to two years of experience in an administrative support role and/or projects related role
Experience to include: Expert MS Offices skills (including Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project)
Ability to multi-task across several projects and stake holders
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and deadlines is critical
Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, developing winning strategies to drive results
Can conform to shifting priorities , demands and timelines through analytical and problem -solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage change and support others in driving innovation & change
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
