Sales & Operations Developmental Role
Weyerhaeuser has an exciting opportunity within our Wood Products Distribution business. This successful candidate will be placed in our Future Leaders Sales and Operations Development Program in Southern California; the objective of this program is to attract & develop strong candidates for future expected opportunities in vital Sales and/or Operations roles. This is a full time and salaried position. During the developmental periods, you will gain experience in the following core competencies of Weyerhaeuser's Wood Product's Business:

Program Details
The Future Leaders Sales & Operations Development Program will provide you with professional business experience through a development plan and mentoring/job shadowing process. You will gain a solid understanding of our product line, how we stock, store, and replenish product; develop essential skills in the area of sales, operations, replenishment, customer service, order fulfillment, as well as the business application of SAP. You may be expected to travel to other sites for some segments of the assignment, and you must be open to relocation at the end of this assignment in order to fill critical vacancies in our business.

We have over 48,000 SKUs from over 300 suppliers of structural framing materials and specialty building products for residential, multi-family and light commercial markets. Our team of on-the-ground sales and support has the industry reach, experience and knowledge to help grow your business. We will get you what you need, when you need it. Our experienced operations team with over 40 LEAN greenbelts provides a safe and efficient delivery service.

We manufacture and sell an innovative collection of proven structural framing materials to the residential, multi-family and light commercial markets, and also provide seamless building solutions, from design to installation to support. Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
Candidates with a BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related degree move to the front of the line!
Ability to collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries
