The Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to companys business. He or she will be responsible for working closely with the Companys General Counsel in all legal efforts to support company. The successful candidate will perform a wide breadth of legal functions and serve as the General Counsels primary resource. Other operations-related legal issues (including, but not limited to, commercial contracts, SEC filings, EEOC matters, employment issues, code compliance, and other regulatory issues) may also be a part of the position as necessary. The Corporate Counsel must have a minimum of five (5) years working with complex, high exposure commercial and employment issues in a corporate or law firm setting.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
