## Job Description
This position provides support and analysis for the purposes of supporting, integrating, and enhancing information security related to Mayos of people, processes and technology. Job duties include integrating multiple disciplines into the information security-based functions, including policy, process, and procedure development, business process analysis, data analysis, data informatics, systems analysis, risk management for strategic and operational planning and information security solution development and delivery. Displays an ability to identify and define problems as well as generate and implement potential solutions while involving appropriate people in the process. This position may provide project management and analysis support for enterprise projects. Consults with Mayo leadership to provide unbiased and accurate information, analysis, and recommendations to support and advance strategic and operational initiatives. Leads and participates in multidisciplinary teams evaluating strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the mission. Contributes to the enhancement of group effectiveness by exchanging information, collaborating with other team members, and providing constructive feedback. Creates and leads innovative processes to design, develop and recommend new approaches, methodologies and tools for data driven decision making and planning. Functions independently and initiates judgment in handling delegated responsibilities. ## Qualifications
Master''s degree in information security, statistical analysis, computer Science, business, or other related field and 3 years experience in any of the following areas: information security, data analysis, risk management, policy development consulting, operational analysis, process change, electronic systems implementation, leadership, systems analysis (manual and electronic) and project management with broad-based key enterprise initiatives. May also have a Bachelor''s degree in business, MIS, health-related or other related field and 6 years experience to include several of the following areas: information security, data analysis, risk management, policy development, consulting, operational analysis, process change, electronic systems implementation, leadership, systems analysis (manual and electronic) and project management with broad-based key institutional initiatives.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, planning techniques, continuous improvement methods, project management methods, and analytical tools and methodologies required. Must have ability to independently manage a varied workload of projects with multiple priorities and stay current on information security, technology and healthcare trends and institutional changes. Excellent interpersonal skills to include presentation, negotiation, influence, team facilitation and written communications skills are required. Exceptional time management and leadership skills are required.
License or Certification:
Certified as CISSP, GIAC, CISM, or security equivalent; or will obtain certification within 2 years of hire. Other related certifications such as ITIL, SANS/GSEC, CIPP, CGEIT, CPA/CA are preferred, but not required.

Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation Detail: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
