Analyze and understand User Stories (Requirements)
Extensive working experience in Scripting Framework, ESB, Spring , Spring Integration, Spring Batch
Experience in using jQuery to interface with the UI screen to the backend services
Understanding of MVC architecture
Unit testing of the developed code
Maven Builds, Continuous Integration experience
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills
:
Self-Motivated and self-driven
Keen and ready to align with the expectations of the Organization as well the end customer
Act as a consultant and provide thought leadership
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
Leads others toward technical accomplishments and collaborative project team efforts
Strong written & Oral communications, including technical writing
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Delivery oriented and ensure on-time delivery of project, artifacts
Need to work with distributed Scrum Team, spread across the geography and working in different time zones
Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
