Human Resources Coordinator Job Description
Reports to Human Resources Director
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assists the HR department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
Assists with data management and implementation of performance appraisal and peer review processes in SVI.
Participates in benefits administration to include data entry and change reporting through Paychex/Benetrac; assist with monthly independent data confirmation of new hire enrollments and year-end reporting as needed.
Participates in recruitment effort to include scheduling of interviews, post-interview documentation, and other forms of data management; helps to coordinate the use of temporary employees.
Assist with new employee orientations; administers pre-employment tests; conducts reference checks.
Maintains various records, reports, and logs pertaining to all HR procedures.
Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
Maintains Human Resource Information System and Payroll System records through Paychex Preview/HRO and compiles reports from database as needed.
Participates in Infrastructure staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as needed.
Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Requires strong administrative skills and a prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. Requires a full adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Prior experience with Paychex or another HRIS database preferred.

EDUCATION AND WORK
Experience:
Associate's Degree with two years administrative experience or 4 years administrative experience is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
