Overview:
Responsible for providing support functions for all training programs for employees at all levels. This position is responsible for collecting and collating essential training data in support of business goals for the Field as well as Talent Support Center (home office) operations.
Responsibilities:
Review, collate and distribute field training reports and data for the Regional Trainers. Compile payroll data in a final report to trigger payment according training compensation plan.
Support preparation of presentations, workshops, e-learning content and Instructor Lead Trainings (ILT).
Collate data from surveys and interaction/ collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SME) throughout the organization to support business objectives. Operate with a continuous improvement approach to identify and document best practices.
Create reporting systems, track and monitor results. Complete all administrative processes in a timely and efficient manner including all reporting on training, employee development, payroll related training matters and necessary employee/ hospital documentation
Qualifications:
2 year Degree
1-2 years demonstrated success in administrative, performance-oriented training, or equivalent experience. Moderate skill with Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret and translate multi-step solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work effectively with front line employees, management, and corporate functional groups. Able to direct and control small groups in a training setting.
Proven track record in data collection and reporting.
Ability to efficiently organize, develop and maintain data in spreadsheet form.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
