Experience supporting DoD IT programs, and Coalition (e.g., NATO, NATO/ISAF, and Operation Enduring Freedom), COCOM, or COCOM-connected organizations (e.g., Joint Task Forces, and Service support components, such as US Fleet Forces Command)
Experience managing systems engineering functions in a DoD environment, preferably for NSS
DESMF credentials equivalent to the Information ITIL Foundation qualification
Certification as CISSP; CCDP; CCNP; CompTIA Cloud Essentials; and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Undergraduate degree in engineering, or the equivalent, which shall consist of an undergraduate degree with subsequent training, certifications and substantial experience in systems engineering; a Masters degree in engineering or IT is preferred
Expertise in the design and implementation procedures for Cloud Computing, preferably as applied to Multinational/Coalition networks
Experience preparing DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts; participating in Multinational/Coalition or equivalent technical working groups and teams; and, supporting the creation of DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and similar artifacts essential to accreditation decisions by a Designated Accreditation Authority and Chief Information Officer (DAA/CIO)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
