Product Director - Leading specialty pharmaceutical company in central NJ
Our client is one of the world's leading privately held international specialty pharmaceutical and medical device companies. We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Product Director for MR and Ultrasound Marketing, located in corporate headquarters in central New Jersey. This exciting opportunity requires product management experience within the pharmaceutical market with finance and ideally a background in healthcare sales. An MBA degree is preferred. Compensation is up to 170-180K with bonus.

A partial summary of responsibilities include:
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to maximize assigned franchise product line(s) and meet financial objectives
Develop pricing strategies and guidelines to optimize profit and mix to meet organizational objectives
Contribute to achievement of the Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Index target by assisting
Develop promotional campaigns and tactics to positively position the brand and increase awareness and adoption.
Develop and implement effective product management and marketing programs linking clinical and economic expectations
Manage inventory and availability of the product portfolio to ensure steady supply to meet customer demand
Interface with sales to ensure the needs of field personnel are being met to support the sale of the product(s)
Update and monitor (annual) marketing plans to ensure business goals and objectives are achieved
Work with the medical to support/initiate market support studies and recommend regulatory activity to support (life cycle) management of the product(s).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
