o Advise and provide recommendations on Combat Air Force (CAF) Total Force Integration (TFI) initiatives related to research, development, and fielding of Air Dominance systems
o Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSA):
Must possess a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in CAF fighter operations
Previous rated pilot on F-15, F-16, or F-22 with a minimum of 5 years Instructor Pilot experience
Special Access Program required
3 years of MAJCOM staff, or equivalent, experience is required
USAF Air War College degree (or equivalent) and/or a Master's degree is highly desired
Graduate of USAF Fighter Weapons School is highly desired
Must possess TS/SSBI clearance within the past 5 years
Must meet and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and SCI eligibility criteria

o Advise and provide recommendations on Combat Air Force (CAF) Total Force Integration (TFI) Initiatives related to the research, development, and fielding of Global Precision Attack systems

o Maintain liaison with Wing, MAJCOM, and NGB Headquarters, DoD organizations, contracting agencies and CAF organizations to ensure MTC infrastructure, asset and information protection, operations, and programming are in compliance with existing contracts, sustainability, and system upgrade/ expansion needs, and SAP directives.

5 years of supervisory experience with AF weapons systems or munitions management within the last 10 years
Knowledgeable of mission and operational differences between ARC, active duty Air Force, and other DoD organizations
Bachelor's degree or 10 years, munitions, or weapons systems experience on F-15,F-16, F-22 aircraft

1 year experience with aircraft or munitions maintenance and accountability management systems
