Job Description: This is a permanent, intermittent vacancy with the Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Rochester, MN. This intermittent position is considered to be on-call and has no set work schedule. This position is not eligible for insurance benefits.
This position exists to provide professional nursing care and implement treatment programs and support services to patients of the Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) so that upon discharge patients can integrate successfully into their community.
This position operates as part of a small team of people responsible for the care and treatment of adults in acute psychiatric status who require hospitalization in a safe and secure environment. The Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) is a small, acute inpatient psychiatric treatment facility designed to provide rapid assessment and stabilization for people needing acute psychiatric care. Service delivery is provided through a thoroughly integrated treatment model. While the incumbent of this position will have some unique job responsibilities, s/he will also be backing up co-workers as long as s/he does not exceed the scope of any license required for his/her own position.
Minimum
Qualifications: To qualify, applicants must possess the following:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
- Valid State of Minnesota Driver''s License
- Ability to pass/perform CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Intervention

Preferred
Qualifications: Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting; Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
