Our client is seeking an Information Architect for their Smithfield, RI location. Position Scope: The client team builds and supports authentication and identity management applications to facilitate secure access to client''s customer facing systems. We operate through multiple channels including internet, voice and trusted partner sites providing both direct and federated authentication services. In addition, we support second factor authentication utilizing various out of band, knowledge based, and token verification methods. The product line works directly with many of client''s business units including the retail brokerage, 401k, and institutional brokerage to provide authentication solutions enabling critical customer transactions. Responsibilities:
In addition to completing the design and creation tasks outlined below, individual will also guide others in completing these tasks
Design and expand an FCPS product WIKI; individual will document the team''s products, services and system specifications for the internal and external user community
Establish software traceability process as it relates to WIKI
Design and create product level documentation templates that will be used to produce high quality functional system documentation
Utilizing product documentation templates designed, individual will participate in migrating existing system documentation into the new format
Work with the architects, software engineers and systems analysts to gather systems data in order to create product documentation and end user documentation (user guides)
Analyze, evaluate, understand and document the key system components of the FCPS products and services
Train others to use the wiki and the product documentation templates to create systems and product documentation
Education/Experience
Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
7-10
year''s systems analysis and technical writing experience with computer software systems documentation
Experience in information architecture, specifically the design and creation of online product level systems documentation using WIKI type tools (e.g. Confluence, Jive, and SharePoint)
Experience designing and creating software systems architecture and web application design technical documentation for use by software engineers and systems analysts
Experience with designing and creating end user technical documentation including user manuals, WIKI, systems requirements, and systems design documentation
WebUI experience (HTML, CSS, Javascript, DOJO, JQuery)
Experience with the agile software development methodology
Skills and Knowledge:
Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to lead projects focused on creating software systems documentation and on-line user product guides
Strong information architecture skills
Strong informational website design skills
Strong Confluence (and its plug-in) skills required
JIRA user skills preferred
Some scripting skills required (e.g. CSS, HTML, and wiki markup)
Strong technical systems documentation writing skills
Ability to work with subject matter experts to gather systems information with the purpose of creating systems documentation and on-line user product guides
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Organizational skills including time, project and process management
Ability to work effectively with both business customers and technical team members
Strong interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
