This position is the HR Manager position in our Seneca, SC facility and is accountable for providing strategic and tactical human resource leadership and services in such areas as HR consulting/advocacy, employee relations, recruiting & placement, personnel practices, compensation & benefits, training & development, communications, affirmative action, and community relations. Provides advice, counsel and training pertaining to all aspects of employee relations. Functions as the location''s EEO Coordinator to assure compliance with government legislation and management''s directives. Directs all recruitment and selection activities to fill open positions and to facilitate succession planning. Evaluates staffing levels. Directs and monitors training and development of location employees to improve performance deficiencies and develop employees. Manages all activities impacting the administration of internal performance, appraisal systems, salary planning, wage and salary surveys, job evaluation and benefit administration. Advises on matters pertaining to interpretation and execution of policies and procedures. Manages administration of employee communications program.
B.S. in HR Management, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in an HR business partner role.
CHRP designation considered an asset
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proven ability to partner with business leaders in all aspects of HR.
