Job Description
The Electrical Engineer I is an entry level position responsible for gathering and evaluating data on power plant system components. These components are used to recommend operational or design changes to improve plant efficiency. Occasionally, the incumbent will assist in coordinating activities associated with general maintenance repairs or modification projects as assigned.
Required Skills
Requires frequent sitting; and occasional standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, crawling, use of keyboard/computer, pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds. Requires finger dexterity, good hearing, color vision, and the ability to perform close work. Requires the ability to analyze data/reports and conduct research; implement recommendations; develop plans, procedures, and goals; and present information to others. May be required to work under pressure due to conflicting priorities and deadlines. Occasionally works in conditions of dirt/dust, fumes, chemicals, extreme heat and cold, vibration, noise, poor ventilation, electrical risks, and confined areas. Travel is required, either by operating a motor vehicle or traveling in Cooperative or commercial aircraft. Equipment operated includes computers, telecommunication devices, electrical test equipment, and normal shop tools.
Required Experience
Required: Bachelor s Degree from an EAC/ABET accredited electrical engineering program. Technical writing skills are required and technical knowledge of electrical engineering. Basic knowledge of computers and programming. A valid driver s license.
Preferred: EIT (engineer-in-training-certificate preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
