The Club Manager ensures that the club operates smoothly and in a high state of cleanliness and provides strong leadership and supervision to the club staff. He or she manages and trains the staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner and that they follow proper sanitation standards and keep all areas clean and sanitary at all times. Club Managers are also responsible for cash handling procedures and banking on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate for this position has a college degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field and at least two years of experience in the bar, casino, or restaurant industry. He or she can direct and coordinate the activities of others, provide a motivating influence on subordinates and peers, and take ownership in management decisions. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, appearance, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
