The Implementation Services Team Leader is responsible for mentoring and developing peers in procedures, standards and operations including presenting technical specifications to pertinent teams for review and sign off, addressing and escalating issues arising out of the technical requirements process, and interpreting requirements to create standardized moderate to complex, technical specifications. To fulfill this role the Team Leader will:
Mentor peers in process and technical issues
Review standardized technical specifications for accuracy and coherency
Assign responsibility to create Technical Requirements Analyst
Meet with development team to review technical specifications and identify issues, signoff and target dates
Effectively communicate with team members, internal customers and external customers relating project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner
Suggest process improvements to management for consideration
Participates in process improvement initiatives and may initiate best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study required
Three to five years of experience
Strong written (specifically technical writing) and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly and concisely define and translate client requirements to system configuration
Preferred skills include: programming fundamentals, experience with relational databases and data analysis

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
